- We've been to this store plenty of times, but this time was very disappointing. There was no music, which isn't the first time this has been the case, but instead it was a political talk show. It is extremely unpleasant to hear about semitism in regards to a pro-Trump tirade, including mention of how what he's doing isn't AS bad as the Holocaust. Besides this, the selection here is very lackluster, clearly going downhill over the years. Between this and inappropriate comments made at the Williamsburg location in the past, it highly detours us from visiting the Traverse City location which is always an amazing experience. I have a hard time continuing to give my money to a business that caters hateful experiences as such.

- Most of the time the staff is very nice there but this time. The employee that has a German Shepard with her. Was so rude. The sign on the door said be back in 5 min. Which is fine, my husband and I were willing to wait. After a minute she angrily tells her dog to go inside and rips the sign off the door. As we shopped she stared at us. No music playing just silence. Could hear her tapping impatiently. When we bought something she was short with us. I know times are tough but come on. Sorry if we came at the wrong time but like I said we were willing to wait.
