- I’m writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a failed booking for a bachelorette party scheduled through your service. I arranged a surprise performance for my best friend's bachelorette party last Friday at 11 PM, centered entirely around the scheduled appearance of performers Sebastian and Blaze. As 11 PM came and went, we waited for hours with no communication or arrival. Repeated phone calls went unanswered. It wasn't until the following morning that we received a message from the performers, asking if we were ready for “tonight at 11 PM.” I informed them they had missed the scheduled event, to which they initially disagreed—only to realize shortly after that they were indeed mistaken. They apologized and offered to come that evening (which was not part of our plan) for $100 off. Unfortunately, that was our final night of the trip. Instead of enjoying the prepaid experience we planned, we were left disappointed and idle. The offer to “come say hi” at another party during the day was unprofessional and entirely inadequate. This experience was unacceptable, especially given the significance of the event and the planning involved. A refund alone does not make up for the lost moment, time, and disappointment caused.
