- Was so excited to go. The girl didn’t greet us when we came in which was no big deal but as I was checking out she asked was I getting an item she seen me holding previously I said no. Then proceed to ask where I placed it. When I told her I put it on an rack she proceeded to state that “she’ll check the cameras”I don’t know if she was trying to insinuate that I was stealing or was just upset I didn’t put back on the exact rack. You can buy everything in there from Amazon half the price the hell I need to steal it for.
- Drove almost 2 hours to this place to find out it wasn't as good as we thought it was. They do have better deals and variety online so traveling to the location is wasted money. Some things are better bought off of pink cherry or Amazon the same exact product is just cheaper.
- I thought they were very nice. As soon as I walked in they greeted me. Pleasant atmosphere and the prices are very resealable. I had fun talking to the ladies at the register they were very down to earth. If you had a bad experience when you came to this establishment, it’s because you came in with a bad attitude first. Very good place to find your goodies for your significant other.
- My husband and I shop here quite often and the last 2 times we have been in there(actually today), the sales associate with long red hair seems to follow us thru out the store…mind you we spend a lot each time we go, but I don't like to be followed around like I would steal something, while being checked out she didn't have anything to say except sign here.I made sure to tell her to have a nice day! I gave a 5 star rating because we LOVE the lingerie and toys but the customer service is something to be desired that would be a big 0 rating.
- I’ve shopped with Cirilla’s for years (mainly because of location) and today I experienced an issue that has left me feeling as if I will NEVER shop with them again! My experience was…I bought an exercise pole and within less than 24 hours I decided that I wanted one that had the spin effect. I tried to return this item with all the packaging and my receipt after. The so called manager was very rude and even tried to put me out of the store once we couldn’t come to an agreement about my return. She did not offer store credit or even “try” to make me feel like a welcomed customer that has spent several funds with their specific store. Long story short, I feel like no one should spend their hard earned money with this store unless you are sure that it’s a definite desire or you look forward to buying defective products! That’s the only way to get your money back 👎
