- I'm extremely disappointed by my experience. Me and my partners went into the store to buy a Cloud 9 drink and some pheramone spray (we were curious and sprayed some of it with the intention of paying for it) and we were rudely kicked out of the store. I am not even from here and I'm disappointed with how I was treated.
- Was rudely kicked from store after picking up and spraying a pharomone perfume I had ever intention of buying. Do not shop here if you want a rude employee to treat you like some degenerate teen.
- This Store is always clean and Organized. Everything is super easy to find and there is quality customer service. A special should out to Rose, Malina who manage the store. They always greet me with a smile and help me find anything I may be looking for. Also Sean and Rachael who are only associates but they do an amazing job. I don’t know the other workers as well but I know they also do a great job as I have never had a bad experience at Spencer’s.
- I use to shop here once a week, but they fired the manager and I think that may be the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard. She was awesome, very attentive and very bought into what Spencer’s has to offer their customers. I will be letting everyone I know not to shop here because there’s absolutely no way another manager could possibly care about there customers like rose did. Bad move Spencer’s, you’ll likely lose several regular customers.
- I went to Spencer’s on Saturday the 14th and was not impressed with the quality of customer service. I spent at least 15 minutes trying to get the associates attention and it seemed like they were not attentive enough. They were on their phones and talking to each other about some drama and really not doing much to help customers aside from checkout. I think one of their names was Jess. I was in the store around 7:15 -7:30. I think the manager should have a conversation with these kids working there. It was just super annoying.
