I’m leaving one star because an item I purchased was not placed in my bag and I didn’t notice until I arrived home. Any corrective action will depend on if she remembers not putting the item in my bag. I’m not very optimistic. It was only a $40 item, but forty dollars is still forty dollars. I hope this gets fixed for me upon which time I will update this review. Update: they did a cycle count and realized their inventory was plus one! All is well.
