- Easy 5 star! If I could give 10 I would. John had great customer service, great recommendations AND stayed within budget! I will definitely be back. This store is the best smoke shop I’ve ever been to, hands down! (FREE LIGHTER W EVERY PURCHASE TOO WHAT!!!!!)
- There was an employee in a mellow fellow shirt and she’s so rude and made the experience very depressing. I love coming here but I’ll just make the extra drive the north location where there’s better customer service. I’m very happy with the selection of products though.
- Everytime I come in it’s a great experience! The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and always ready to help find whatever you’re looking for! From candles, to cones they really have it all. 10/10 I couldn’t recommend this place enough:)
- Poor customer service. No one greeted me when I walked in. Employee walked by me and didn’t speak. I stood there for at least 3-5 minutes and didn’t receive any help or a spoken word. I will continue to go to the Keystone location. Much better services there.
