They all went out of thier way to help me find a specific pin I was looking for. Were all super nice and helpful. Will shop here more just because I know I will get great customer service!
- On 11/22 at around 4:40pm we found a cute hat, we wanted to see how it looks on our phone before making a purchase with a friend and out of no where a store employee proceeds to yell at us to not take photos. We were using the phone as a mirror. She barked a second time “I just asked you not to take pictures!”I didn’t see any signs in the store indicating that pictures were prohibited even though we were using it as a mirror. If photos are prohibited, there should at least be clear signage for customers. There's no need for tension or hostility. Poor store management
- It's a really dark store but it has items you can't find in any of the other shops at glenbrook.
- I stopped into the store today to buy some hinged hoops for my lip piercings. they have a sale going on right now that is buy two get two free, so i bought two. While i was picking out the ones i wanted i noticed a sticker on the jewelry cabinet that said if you are unhappy with your purchase you can return them. So i bought my two and got two for free. once i got to my car i decided i really didn’t need all of them and it was quite a bit of money for just two packs (42 dollars). I went back into the store only to find out that they don’t do returns on jewelry. Nowhere in the store is this posted, it does not state anything about this return policy on my receipt and the cashier did not inform me of this at the time of purchase either. i even had the same cashier and it wasn’t even 10 minutes later that i tried to return them. I am very upset as i didn’t want to waste this much money.
- Do not recommend this location. I ordered an item on Black Friday to be picked up in the store. A day later, went and picked it up. They tried to give me the FLOOR model. Please note, I ordered a Chucky Doll which comes with the original box. They tried to give me a different version of the doll (a cheaper version than what I paid for about $30 of a difference) PLUS no original box. They said they were out of stock of the one I wanted and asked if this was okay, why would I want the cheaper version plus a floor model everyone has touched? They said they had some in stock at another location in Indiana and asked if I'd wait for it to be shipped to this location. It's been 3 weeks and they still didn't call. It does not that that long do ship something across the state. Terrible employees here, do not recommend. Order online and have it shipped to your house, it's worth the $6 because you don't have to deal with the employees!! 😀
