• I visited Secrets on Tuesday night and had a disappointing experience. Despite the store being nearly empty, we weren’t greeted or acknowledged upon entering. The atmosphere was also uncomfortable due to the loud, explicit rap music playing — including profanity and repeated use of the N-word — which felt inappropriate for a public retail space. We noticed a significant price discrepancy on certain items as well. For example, the video head cleaner was priced at $25 here, compared to just $14 at the Janesville location, even though both stores use the same distributor. The markup at this store seems excessive. When it came time to check out, the difference in customer service between this location and Shockwave in Janesville was immediately clear. The staff member was noticeably unfriendly and unwelcoming, which left us with a very negative impression. Overall, our visit was disappointing, and we likely won’t return.
• Been sitting here since 939am they were supposed to open at 10 am and it now is 10:56 am still no empolyees on site. Very unprofessional and unreliable merchant.
• Stopped in on a Saturday night and amber was amazing at helping a friend and I find some new toys to spice up our evening with. Not only was she patient with us but took the time and was very knowledgeable on the inventory that was in the store. Most definitely will be returning back great deal and amazing staff.
• It was closed! Sign says open at 10am on Fridays and swung by at 1230pm my lunch hour … ugh it's Valentine's Day!!
