Would not recommend buying anything here if you have a problem with a brand new item not workin They just laugh and say no returns. This place is a joke. One toy we purchased lasted us about 6 months before it stopped working, so my fiancé and I came in on Friday spent over $100 on a brand new product and the charger is broken it has to be bent a certain way to charge and the charge won't hold. The number I called on google for your store went to like a fax machine. The toy offers a 1 year warranty and says to go to a website that literally is under maintenance. Pretty upset, would appreciate this actually getting resolved. Otherwise we just bought $120 paperweight
