I was there when your employee opened the item, let me feel the item then place in the box and put back on the shelf. Stop with the lies! They test toys wearing latex gloves but don't make the customers wear them. Who knows how many times it has been touched. Disgusting! I wanted to see a item and how it worked. I wasn't even asked to wash hands or wear latex gloves. Then the lady put the item back in the box. I am very clean, however what about other people. Unacceptable!
