- The customer service was good. I've shopped once before and have been satisfied. But I'm very unhappy about purchasing a product that didn't work from the moment I opened it. I called the following morning and was told I couldn't get a refund or exchange. I was more concerned with getting a product that worked over my money back. But they told me there was nothing they could do call manufacturer. So I lost my money and didn't have a product. They should allow customers to make sure products work before they leave if they know customers will be out of money and product. Won't be back can't take the chance of buying something more expensive and being out of a even greater loss.

- I have been a Customer of southwest bookstores for over 28 years. They have always had the best customer service and friendly faces around. Yes it is an adult book store but it always neat and clean. Staff is always there to Answer any questions and if they don't have what you are looking for they will find it. I go way back with this company. And when it comes to couples excitement to keep your marriage excited this is the best place with the best Prices. I suggest you look elsewhere and check their prices then come back I'm pretty sure you rather shop Southwest bookstores then the rest.
- Why I love this store and everything in it and it’s good for that special date night… I came in this store one late evening to find something more new and exciting ..for whatever reason this evening the customer service was different it was very poor from the two young ladies working there one named Veronica who is obviously lazy and didn’t know her job and the other Martina I believe her name was on the same level as Veronica this store normally has excellent customer service no matter the time of day management needs really consider who they hire for employment there attitudes as far as job knowledge is unexceptionable and made me think of not shopping here again ..although I will continue to shop here because I love this store for my needs but I will definitely not be shopping on there shift.. So If you ever in the area this is a great to store for that special time the early staff is great and knowledgeable but I wouldn’t recommend going in the evening you would leave with a dirty taste in your mouth.. Management you really need to evaluate that evening staff or find better people that like doing their job..I would rate five stars because I love this store so I just gave two because those two ladies really pissed me off to the tenth power!!
