- This review is not about the nice gentleman who I purchased from. He was great! It is 5:15PM on Valentine’s Day 2020 when I called to ask about a product that I bought Doc Johnson’s Mood for her. When I called, the guy working who again was not the guy who waited on me, I asked him a question about the product regarding it being edible or not. He literally hung up on me. As a customer, I do not wish to be treated like I was. Please speak to him about his customer service skills. Aside from that the experience was good.
