- While the staff at this location are lovely and helpful, the manager, a woman with long blonde curly hair, was awful. We witnessed her berate an employee who was on a ladder shelving items about their “poor” customer service meanwhile she had customers watching her yelling at the employee. After she realized we had moved closer, hoping to get her to rein it in a little, she proceeded to watch us like hawks through the store. Absolutely awful, no one should be spoken to like this by anyone. Shame on her.
- Do Not Ever Spend Your Money In This Store Again! I Know I Won't! Everyone, did you know that we live in a world where it is against the law to talk to an employee when asked if I needed help finding anything as well as while I had my items on the counter about to check out?! Oh, and it is also against the law to shop in a store two days in a row! I got mall security called on me, had to leave all of my items behind and was escorted out of the store and was banned for 24 hours! Security said there were multiple complaints about me, yet they never told me what they were, only just that I was banned from the store for a day! Remember that everyone, never talk to the store employees the entire time you are in there, and never shop there 2 days in a row, because mall security will ban you!
