- Blonde employee accused my girlfriend of stealing and had an attitude about apologizing or showing us video footage of the "theft" we offered to empty our pockets because we were told she was being banned and we enjoy shopping here only to be told it didn't matter we were not welcome to return. We left upset I at this point hound my gf asking if she did steal i also empty her pockets nothing. I got a refund but it's insane the blame and refusal for apology we had no idea what the item was and when they brought out the empty package and one in package it wasn't something we looked at very disappointing and disgusting service

- The general selection/style of this store has changed a lot over the last few years, but it's still enjoyable. They still have a lot of band t-shirts, clothes, adult items, piercings, etc.. I love that they have so much pride stuff here. The store is a little unorganized, but overall still good.

- When I walked into the store the worker was behind the desk and there was a white and Asian couple in the store as well. When I walked to the back of the store, the worker walks to the back and pretends to be fixing things near me like it was 1980 or 1990. These people are so sick. While looking at what I was going to buy which was 70 dollars, I contemplated coming back in the morning when there would be a different less prejudice worker there but after taking as much time as I could, thinking, and watching the sick, prejudice worker watch me while pretending to do other things, I decided to walk out and spend my money elsewhere. When will these disgusting people learn.
