• Not a Welcoming Place for Everyone I really wanted to like this store, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely uncomfortable. The woman working there made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in. There seemed to be a clear bias in the way she interacted with us compared to other customers. If you’re a fair-skinned or white customer, just be aware—you may not receive the same treatment. We came in ready to buy, and left feeling judged and disrespected for no reason. Definitely won’t be going back.
• Absolutely Horrific Experience — Stay Away! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We walked into this store today hoping to shop, but what happened next was just insane. Two women came in right after us, walked to the back of the store, and started making out like they were about to shoot some kind of adult scene. It felt super staged, super weird, and honestly uncomfortable. Right after that, the woman working there suddenly started acting like we were the problem. She never greeted us—not even a “hello.” She came straight up to us and the first thing she said was, “You can’t have any bags in here.” My husband had a small crossbody bag with just his wallet. That’s it. Nothing suspicious. But she stood next to us like a security guard glued to our side. It was extremely uncomfortable. Then she started chewing gum with her mouth open, loudly, in the grossest, most unprofessional way possible. A few seconds later, she straight-up told us we had to leave—and not come back—because “this is my store.” We came to buy. We came ready to spend money. Instead, we were treated like intruders. No explanation. No professionalism. Just pure attitude. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know what kind of sketchy operation they’re running there, but that employee should absolutely not be dealing with the public. Avoid this place at all costs.
• Huge inventory. I swear, there are way too many choices. Xena, the warrior princess, helped me and through her humor and care, made me feel relaxed and comfortable and welcome. She also addressed a male customer who came in while I was there who started to try to get in my conversation with her, telling him to give me my privacy. I was so grateful for that boundary being set by her. Will definitely be back for future purchases.
• Unacceptable Experience April 4th, 2025 – Today at 6:15 PM I visited this store today with the intention of making a serious investment: buying several sex toys to bring back to my country, Cuba, for resale. I was interested in checking out the products, prices, and quality — possibly even establishing a long-term business relationship. But what I experienced was absolutely unacceptable. While I was quietly browsing, a female employee began treating me in a shockingly rude and unprofessional manner. She chewed gum in front of me with her mouth wide open, showing zero respect, and told me I had to leave the store — for no reason at all. She aggressively followed me toward the exit and told me never to come back, saying she didn’t want to see me there again. I was completely shocked, as I had done absolutely nothing wrong. To make it worse, there were two other people inside who seemed to be kissing, and this same employee was hanging out with them, clearly acting more like a friend than a professional staff member. The environment felt chaotic and extremely inappropriate for a place of business. At no point did I speak to her before she approached me. I didn’t disturb anyone, I wasn’t loud or inappropriate — I was simply looking at the merchandise. I hope the owner or store manager reads this and takes immediate action. That employee didn’t just lose a sale — she lost the chance to build a valuable commercial relationship. With that kind of behavior, she’s driving potential customers away. I will not return to this store while she is still working there. Please, if you are a white person, I would strongly advise you not to go to this place. The woman who attended me today seemed to have some kind of racial issue, because I didn’t say a single word to her, and yet she treated me with hostility for no apparent reason.
