- When i read that there is no doors on their arcade booths i had to call and ask since i was already on my way. The gentleman that answered the phone confirmed there are no doors or privacy for their booths and sounded proud that. Like that is a special feature of the place. I would have given 3 stars for no doors but the guy was rude and i would never visit that place. The only thing worse then holes in the walls are the doors completely missing. 1 star rating that is well deserved
- Bought an $80+ toy with wife the other day. Toy stopped working after 10 minutes at home. Went back to store with original receipt (showing $200 we spent), spoke to same employee, asked for an in kind exchange, and was told"all sales final". we told her we didn't want our money back we just wanted a toy that worked. She stated call the manufacturer. I asked if I could speak to a manager she said there was none present. I asked if she could call the manager and request if I could make the exchange. She said she didn't have the manager's phone number or any way to get ahold of them. I said what if your business got robbed or burnt to the ground who would you call? She said she can't bother them. we went home and dealt with the manufacturer on their website hoping to get an exchange. still waiting to see if they respond.
