- The white older gentleman is very rude, I came in asking if it's okay to have my dog in a bad since he cries in the car and showed my ID. He was very sarcastic and rude when I showed me ID saying he didn't need to see it in a sarcastic way saying if I came in I should be old enough 🤣 when every adult shop makes me show mine. I walked right out as soon as he opened his mouth. I don't recommend coming to this store if you're a single woman, shady area and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The lingerie options suck. I went to Hustler and spent 140 definitely recommend anywhere but here.
- Hi. Today was my first ever visit to your shop. I didn't know how things worked and my visit quickly came to an end with your clerk yelling and screaming at me to leave and even threatened to hit me with a broom which, according to her, was nasty from cleaning up after sex. she also stated that the management team encourages such action when I asked to speak to a manager and asked for the owners contact info. Why would you treat customers this way? She simply could've asked me if I needed help but she threatened me and kicked me out instead.
