- UPDATE – I'M BUMPING THIS UP TO A 3 STARS FOR THE REASON OF THE GREAT MANAGER STEPHAN THAT IS IN CHARGE OF THE CONVOY AND OVERSEES THIS LOCATION. HE MADE IT RIGHT & IS A GREAT GUY. It's very unfortunate that I have to write this review. I go to all 3 locations on a regular basis. The 2 heavy set Mexican ladies that work the day shift makes this place look real bad. 1 lady is just a maintenance worker, but will give me dirty looks every time I'm there. The other who claims to be a manager should not be dealing with customers.She is very rude every time I see her. Even though I spend 100 to $200 about every time. She sold me a bootleg DVD without any markings on it and refused to exchange it. I caught it 15 minutes after lol leaving. If the owner reads this, she should be gone!
- The guy who works here during the day will make you feel like a total low life. He is judgemental and mean. Not a good vibe at all. Go to Adult Depot on Kurtz where the people are kind and non-judgemental.
- If you are looking to get a room this is not the place. The walls are paper thin, cops are there all the time and it’s just not ideal for what they are trying to accomplish. Their set-up makes no sense, it you want to go somewhere that you can get comfortable at in a room for 90 min, check out the Convoy location. Same owners but totally different set-up, atmosphere, etc. I highly recommend the Convoy location.
- $50 deposit on a rental video normal, actually charging that amount on my card, then giving me back cash when I return it, not so normal. Also I speak Spanish, but I could barely understand the clerk. Some sort of boss man was there, he looked irritated that he had to look up from his phone to tend his business. Videos are sticky, I know, gross…why did I even give it 2 stars?
- Really shouldnt have given it a star. Called 2 times(2:45 & 4:30pm) both times i got a stock recording saying "no one is available to take your call". Its a farther drive to the 1 out by rosecrans but its been great every time I've gone, the prices r great as well as the staff. Not even going to try this 1, dont think u should either.
