- At 9:50, as I was locking my bike across the street, I noticed the open sign turn off. After crossing over, I reached for the door, but it was locked. An employee at the cash register, seemingly engrossed in their phone, watched me struggle. Confused, I glanced at my own phone, unable to believe it could take ten minutes to secure my bike and cross the street. Although there had been some traffic, I was certain I hadn’t missed the closing time. When I checked again and realized there were still five minutes left before closing, the employee simply gave me a grim look and began mocking me with their gestures.
- I was having my bachelorette party in downtown Pasadena April 14th and me and the girls stopped in about 15 minutes before the store closed. I wish I could remember the employee's name but she was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, not to mention very patient with us as we spent a good 30 minutes in there. I definitely recommend this location!
