- It’s not wheelchair accessible the isles are too narrow. Can’t shop comfortably only with me isle is wide enough and it had boxes and a cart where they were putting inventory
- Great and funny Christmas sweaters. Amazing staff, definitely favorite place at the mall.
- While the staff did an amazing job yesterday making us feel welcome and assisting my wife and I with t-shirts, the back half of the store was a mess. Boxes covered almost the entire back and when I asked why was the back wall blocked off the response was "We're overflowing with shipment boxes and we don't have space in the back room". This seems like a terrible working condition for the staff and even worse shopping experience for the customers. I left unsatisfied because I couldn't even see what I had originally come there to get in the back half because boxes we're stacked so high and wide. Overall, the staff was friendly, the environment was a cluttered and unsightly at best.
- Just not good costumer service. Unfortunately buying online is the best option. Love this stores items and things and collectables but thammm.😭😭😭. Everyone always in a really bad tone, actitudes. Go on your own choice. Not a stable costumer service they don’t really care for their costumers.
- Petey was such a great help when I came in. He had such a great attitude but was also incredibly funny! I ended up not buying anything because of how messy the store was. Petey If you see this thank you, but I am sorry for the 1 star and that its such a mess.
