It looked like it was charging but after a few hours, it wasn't working. So I changed it for more than 24h and the charging light is still on as if it will never get full. Javier, the MNGR/owner was absolutely rude and didn't care that he sold a DAMAGED product and now the little stupid costumer should chase the FemmFunn company warranty ,instead of the store sending it back as damaged- which is called PROPER COSTUMER SERVICE! Again this WAS NEVER USED, and still not working. I would agree to activate the warranty if it was working at all at the beginning, but this is simply not the case! Too bad that you need to get this one star for your greediness, your sales lady was nice and professional. Maybe you should learn a thing or two from her about business and CS. I wouldn't come close to this cheap store!
