- Great quality products. Can’t beat things made here in America. Purchased the crescent double ring and the cobra cage 3 stack. The crescent fits great and feels great too. The ball rings on the cobra cage are too small for me personally, was unable to get both my boys in. Perhaps 1 3/4” ball rings would work better. With a quick modification I repurposed it and removed the cage. Will definitely be looking into possibly getting a custom cobra cage 3 stack very soon. Thanks again for the great products and offering's.
- This store is a scam – at least if you are not living within North America (or maybe even only when you are in the USA). My experience is a total failure. I ordered an item with them in May. After the time had lapsed that was stipulated for international shipments and no shipment had arrived I followed up on the status. The person responding pointed towards delays and disruptions due to the pandemic and asked for more patience. Delays of up to 3 months were mentioned. I do understand the circumstances we are all in and waited till the end of August, on two separate occasions asking for tracking details of the shipment (which were never provided – either the request was outright ignored or an empty promise of passing on these details later was made) so that I can keep following up. In August I pointed out that I would like a refund as the item I had ordered had still not been received. The owner declined and – instead – claims to have shipped the item again. A tracking number from the store's location in LA just down the road to the post office was provided, however, again no information in form of a shipment tracking number for the international part. Fast forward another three months of waiting to November – still no luck with getting the item. I stated again that I would like to cancel the transaction and get my money back as the goods have not arrived. I was brushed off rather rudely that I shall just follow up with my local post office. I asked – again – for tracking details…and – again – no response received. I have come to terms that the item will not be delivered. But I strongly do advise everybody that does not live in the USA but requires shipment across borders to NOT buy with this store. Rather burn your money, then at least it will warm your heart this way. No support. No customer service. No honesty. No fulfilling of a contract.
