- Went in to purchase a Bluetooth vibrator for date night with my girl, manager showed me the shelf of what was suppose to be what I was looking for, picked one that looked good, writing on box was German so to be sure I clarified with the manager again that it was FOR SURE a Bluetooth vibrator up at the counter, so I bought it, wasn't cheap. Guess what…definitely wasn't a Bluetooth vibrator, kinda ruined date night. Came back with my receipt and dealt with the owner who was rude and acted like it was my fault for buying the wrong product. I had to show him it was on the shelf with the other Bluetooth ones cause he didnt believe me, then made the excuse his manager has only been there a few months. I didnt even want a refund I just wanted to exchange it for the right one, which he wouldn't do, thanks for scamming me out of my cash,absolutely terrible customer service, clearly im not the only one who's had similar experiences 🤔

- Stopped in midday to get outta the heat, owner was nice enough to me, thanked me for not wrecking his gate, over the road truck driver here. Place was clean, bathroom was nice, crowd was small though.
- Took my wife here today. The store was very reasonable on price. The lady working front desk was so nice and helpful place was very clean and the toy Selection was great too. Highly recommend 👌
- I was going to come in after ending a phone call but before I was able to end the call a male with glasses which I beleive was one of the owners sat at my car window and said I have to leave if I wasn't coming in right that second. It was 10:15 am they just opened and I had received a phone call while pulling in. Super rude and I told him I would be done with the conversation in less than a minute rolled up my window and he walked away. I returned to my phone call and 10 sec later he started to return to my window. I will not be going there again. I have had a good time in the arcade multiple times before but will not be returning when I come in town anymore. I travel a lot for work and this place will be missed.
