- What a great experience. First time I've been t this place. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by an associate Who introduced herself as Sierra. She then inquired about my reason for being there if she could help me or not. I told her what I was looking for but did not really know the name of the product she instantly put me in front of the type of product, where I found exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate a sales associate who is there to help me instead of pushing me to buy more than I need. Very sweet young lady with just the right amount of fun blended well with the necessary professionalism. Way to go Castle don't let this one go. Thank you Sierra for an enjoyable experience.
- Caleb was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful, really knows his work like a true expert, and he was both patient and professional. I had never visited this location as it's a bit farther from my home than another one, but I will definitely drive a little more for great assistance like his! Store was clean, well laid out, easy to navigate. Prices are a bit steep, but that's the industry (not the store). I will definitely be back!
- A wonderful man named Caleb helped me with my purchase and it was the absolute best experience I have had in ANY adult store EVER. I showed him what I wanted and he literally explained a women's anatomy perfectly. He had so much knowledge I could not believe how well he explained the toys and lube and tailored the experience to meet my needs.
