• If I could leave a lower review I would. DO NOT shop here, they discriminate against people. I am hearing impaired and wasn't able to stop in due to being under the weather. My husband knew about a specific product that I brought up before and went to go get it for me. First, I couldn't even use the video camera or a photo for him to show me that the product I wanted is the correct one because they do not allow video or camera to be taken. Which as a deaf /HoH person it is not accessible. (I also have to have a translator to relay spoken messages from him to me over the phone). Then when he went to buy the product, he thought it was, they refused to sell to him because they can't verify the age of the person he is buying for (me) which they could have allowed him to bring me up on his camera to show them my identification, but again, no accomodations for disabled individuals (which means even those homebounds and unable to leave the house can't buy products freely). Considering it is a business they have to provide any means necessary for me to communicate with them, especially according to the ADA Civil Rights Act Title III. Don't come to them; they don't care about your money unless you are the right type of person.
• If I could leave a zero stars I would. My husband and I went in last night and as soon as we entered the energy the girl gave at the desk was very negative. I’m not sure if it’s correct but it felt very racial because what other reason would you give bad customer service. Then we were addressed nastily about our kids being inside the car. We said our oldest in the car was 10 and she said “yea, 10 and under is a no! You have to leave!” I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog.
• So walked in The store after a long hard day, wanted to get in get out, Got in, got carded, and turned away. So went to Lowe’s and improvised and spent an hour walking around searching for the proper items and materials. I was told “it’s the law” and after researching, Alabama, Dothan nor Houston County have a law requiring adult stores to card every patron that walks in their door. I am 45 yrs old I do not look young. The fact they stayed it is the law and it infact isn’t law is blatant disrespect and an insult to the public intelligence. Furthermore they are not helping to change the public perception of sex toys being taboo. People like these folks that operate Love Stuff hurt the kink, LGBTQ, gay, straight, and all human rights communities, by keeping the stigma of enjoying sex toys be a sin and or taboo or wrong. I say to you at Love Stuff kindly go sit and softly rotate on the largest forbidden replica that you sell! Sincerely Skulls
