- Placed an in store pick up on Sunday. The email said it’s be ready Monday and it takes about 4 hours to process. Called Monday around 3 and they said my order wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday. Called Tuesday at noon and they said they were working on my order and it wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday. Wednesday I email customer service because the woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and seemed annoyed I was asking if my order was ready three days after the fact. Customer service didn’t help besides telling me to go in store and purchase the items and request my in store pickup be canceled because customer service couldn’t do that apparently. Then a couple hours later I received an email from customer service that they canceled my order due to it processing for too long because the store let my order sit and process instead of checking it in. I was excited to try soma but you shouldn’t offer in store pickup if the team can in fact not deliver timely in store pickup. Was never told the name of who I spoke to but she opened the store both days and seemed quite unhappy or hated her job. Time is of the essence and some people clearly don’t understand that. And I would understand if something was wrong, but it’s the fact that they acknowledged they saw my order for three days and said it’d be ready “tomorrow” on two occasions which leads me to write a review. Had it been a system error, I woke understand, but it’s an employee issue.

- Wow!! Tori is amazing. Yes, prices are a little high but so worth it. I took my daughter in for a new boulder holder. Tori gave amazing guidance and insight that we didn’t find in the 5 stores we visited after. So very much worth the cost of a fancy tata tamer. I’ll be sharing with other single dads. Great idea to offer an instructional, customer service focused, sales oriented, and educational experience. We sprang the least amount of time in this store. We learned the most here. We spent a reasonable ‘ish amount and will do so again.
- Theresa is a literal SAINT! I hate bra shopping and she made it so easy. I didn’t even pick out bras!! Talk about MVP. She figured out exactly what I liked and disliked about bras and pulled the perfect ones for me. I’m seriously so thankful to have found her, thank you Theresa!!!
