- Whoever was working 4/24/25 in the afternoon was being extremely rude. They were cracking inappropriate, somewhat invasive jokes and being unprofessional to the point we felt uncomfortable enough to leave. I would love to see a higher caliber of professionalism the next time I visit.

- This was about a week or so ago. My wife and I went into this store and let me tell you when I say not onenperson said hello, good bye, can I help you nothing at all. I guess it was the manage or whatever who came from out the back room, and he saw us turned back and just watched my wife and I. Again, not a hey hi bye nothing. But the one in Okemos mall WAYYYY better experience and end up getting help finding our black light. Maybe corporate should just close the one in the Lansing Mall or maybe hire better employees. Oh, my wife and I are over 40, so it's not like we were some kids walking around.
- my friends and i were looking at the jewelry to see if we can get ones that would match, the cashier (i think) asked if we needed help with anything and we said no. you would think that she would go back to her job but she kept staring at us and was watching us the whole time until we were done picking our bracelets. my male friend looked at these playboy earring and wanted to buy them and my other friend who was with us said she would buy it so he gave it to her. after she bought the things another woman came up to my male friend and wanted to know if he stole those earrings(even though he gave them to our other friend). she spoke to our group and asked for the receipt and seen that the earrings was on it but then asked to see in our bag if it was in there(which it was). she did apologize to him after but it didn’t seem like she meant it and walked away. she also said something along the lines “this has been happening all day sorry”. this is very bad service, we felt uncomfortable with those two employees watching us like a hawk and honestly would not want to go there if they are there still. it felt as though they were profiling my friend, a black male, who is also a minor (all of us are). bad service, i don’t think employees are allowed to look in our bags, even after they see the items on the receipt. please look into this asap.
