- Terrible service after purchase. I do realize all sales are final – we used our toy 3 times in a two week period only to have it absolutely not work on the fourth. We spent $140 in store with great service but calling from Canada for assistance after the fact was awful. I didn’t want to return the toy or get money back – but some decent customer service would have been nice. No “I am sorry” or even a polite attitude. Terrible. I won’t be back. There is a reason why people order online now. Sorry. ***(In response – yes we ensured the VeDo Wanda was charged and the double click travel lock was not on. I have contacted VeDo via email with photos of my receipt, box/UPC and pics of the product. Hopefully they replace the product. I appreciate your offer for assistance now but all I needed was info on the product and how to contact the manufacturer as the actual box and toy were still in Petoskey and myself in Canada. Your employee was too busy or annoyed to assist me. I truly am just tired of poor customer service. - It’s a little out of the way and with limited parking, but lots of stuff inside from toys to clothes and jewelry. Fair prices. The surprise grab bags were a little disappointing, especially as a non-smoker. No restroom available.
- I went in around Christmas and they had festive music playing in the store. Me and the cashier had a good laugh about the irony of that. This store has a lot of selections for male toys, even lifesized masturbators, for really good prices. Most shops I've tried focus on toys for women. I will definitely come back.
