- Don’t recommend coming into this store. Upon entering, our group was immediately told “IDs” rather than being told “hello” or another greeting. Owner and employees became very combative and argumentative when we questioned the implementation of the new policy. I’ve personally been coming to this store for over 7 years, my last visit being as recent as last week, and have never been asked for identification. Unsure if it is new management or not, but you will potentially be treated unkindly in this establishment. Update: the owner’s response alone shows that disrespect toward customers is not only tolerated, but welcomed. Showing an ID was never the issue especially since we were all well over 18, the issue is the severe lack of bedside manner.
- Kool store but I got a grab bag for 25 dollars hoping for some Kool smoke stuff and I got cheap stuff I could've got at a dollar store! I do not smoke cigarettes and there was 2 cig cases! a plastic dube tube and plastic grinder and a metal bullet bowl won't be going there again that was a rip off!!!
- I’ve been there 3 times since I’ve visited big rapids and the person working is super nice and super helpful. Definitely would recommend it, it’s not super expensive, and they also have a smoke shop connected to it. That’s really nice as well. A lot of different options.
