- I had a wonderful experience and was able to find an item I had been looking for for quite a while. I am very pleased with the entire experience. Becca was so very helpful when I had a question about the item that the box didn’t explain. I bought it. Sam was being trained and was awesome the way she helped me out also. - I wish I could spend all of my money here haha! But ya know, bills and stuff lol. I met Jessica this evening and she was so fun! Friendly, personable, and so fun to chat with! It was like hanging out with a girlfriend. I was the one who delivered her food (restaurant won’t be named)

- Many things wrong with this store. Firstly, they make feel very uncomfortable shopping, watching where ever you go. They dont honor their online prices which is s huge difference such as $19 online but $65 in-store. They’re quick to state how they cant accommodate you and disassociate themselves from the actual company which i understand some policies but they act as if they are a completely different store and not associated with any kind of customer service even once a purchase is made from them. It’s quite funny and in the moment all you can do is laugh because it doesn't make any sense. It almost feels like saying you're Chinese but not Asian.
- Highly wouldn’t recommend. I won’t blame the store location because I’ve had a wonderful experience in the actual store but the online customer service is horrible. I’ve opted on several occasions to just purchase things online for better pricing or stock reasons. They do not price match their own online prices with the in- store prices so most times I’ve had to just order online which now I’m hesitant on doing because you pay extra to expedite your order yet the items come a week or so later and on one occasion didn’t receive at all. I called the store location and of course they can’t do anything to accommodate or satisfy the customer they just tell you to contact an email for customer service because that’s not their problem, it’s the actual companies fault. The company has no customer service direct line so you have to email their “customer service” in hopes to either resolve your issue or get a refund but no one ever responds. I’ve given them many chances because of great pricing and products but this is unacceptable, a customer should not have to just be out of luck when purchasing from a company. So basically you can’t get your money back for expediting shipping or for products and ultimately just have to dispute it on your bank. And again this has happened each time with their online site, will find a new store to purchase from.
