- Tony, the owner is a cheap bastard.Does not appreciate long time customers that have been supporting him FOR YEARS. He took away the coupons that would get you a discount when you rented 2 or more movies. Shows that all he cares about is money in his own pocket.
- All the classics in triplicate! Awesome, film enthusiest, clerks, ridiculously inexpensive. Little crazy having to bring a utility bill to rent new movies, but they got em all! S/o to the whole impromptu Studio Ghibli section! Stay out that backroom, kids, that's nunya business! Old school video store feel, forget the ol' Family-Holly-Buster Video is gone. Dunno, do they have games? Probably. Box sets of your classics, again, resonably priced. Decor is simple but kept up with love and admiration for our favorite flicks! Love these guys!
- It's amazing that in 2018 there are video rental stores that still exist. Call me old school but even in these digital times I still prefer the video store. So with my excitement of discovering through google that there are video rental stores in my area I decided to go check out corenos. You would think in this day and age that the video rental stores that are still alive would appreciate and take all business that comes their way. Sadly that's not the mindset of corenos that require ridiculous conditions to rent there such as paying a registration fee, showing a utility bill, and living within 3 miles of the store. Now I can understand some location restrictions you certainly don't want someone from chicago renting but I live in cleveland about 15 mins from the store I should be able to rent there. So pretty much I can't rent there as this place clearly doesn't want my business. Luckily there is family videos in the area that don't require such conditions to rent and it's free to become a member. Not to mention they offer amazing rental deals. So to anyone that still appreciates the good old rental store experience in cleveland go with family video.
