- This place is not what you think!! I went in to but two items. The associate kept picking up the most expensive options. I kept telling her, no, I have a set amount I want to spend. But yet she would still insist on toys out of my price range. She pushed (insisting it's what I really needed), and I had to push back. She told me that she would put the expensive one back….. she didn't. OH, THEY HAVE A ZERO RETURN POLICY!!!! So I put on gloves to try the 2 that I had to keep insisting on, and guess what else she opened…. The one she was supposed to put back. I had to keep telling her no!! Then she insists on this gel that would help "increase the experience" for $26!! I told her no 3 times,b but again she kept pushing. Finally she says, "oh you have a discount on your account, so you should just get it". I asked what if it doesn't work?? She said, oh it will don't worry. Welp it didn't and I'm stuck with it. They push you to buy expensive things you can't bring back. And waste your money. Do not go unless you're sure about what want. And didn't talk to them!!! They are con artist
- The maple location is a 10 out 10 the workers are amazing G has great customer service! He helps with anything, he makes sure I get everything I come for and leave with a smile on my face, I recommend this location over mayfield anyday! It’s worth the trip!!
- I felt like I was being harassed as soon as I step in the store. Like every second I touched an item, or talking to my significant other they/them always had something to comment on and was too serious for me. They/them made me felt like I was rushed the entire time and I would’ve honesty stayed there a little longer if we weren’t followed around the entire time.
- Garcia bka G was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Very good energy and will be back to see him!
- Second time in the store and they definitely passed the vibe check. I HATE shopping in person for clothes because I feel misproportioned. Noa and G made me feel like i was hanging with friends trying on 1 and 2 pieces. –if you don't have anxiety you wouldn't get it. Iykyk. Plus the size ranges were nice. I'm glad they know not every wears XS. Can't wait for my birthday. Thanks.
