- I've bought Pride tees and other merch here over the years and I don't know if it was supply chain issues or something else but they did not have much at all today. I appreciate that they DID have a Pride section(!), but no point in a BOGO offer if there is so little to pick from. Stock up on more clothes and accessories and I'll be back to get something! - Customer service was terrible. Attempting to actually make a purchase while the cashier was clearly more interested in people looking at gages. She barely acknowledged me, got annoyed when she didn't do the transaction correctly and I had to interupt the conversation. she did try to sell me a box for my mug for 99 cents ….then clearly purposely didn't wrap the mug with any care. The mug didn't even make it out of the mall before it shattered.
