- I have been to this store only twice but I felt it necessary to write this review because I want to give acknowledgment to an employee they have that far exceeds the standard in customer service. Sam can answer any question one may have in regards to the purpose of this store. She is personable, smart, nice, and has in spades all the genuine qualities that make a person excel in customer service I wish her the best in solving her energy efficient, cost effective, at home air conditioning situation..

- I went there today for first time and the Clerk a Hispanic lady is friendly and easy going, I requested change for singles for the arcade, which she promptly gave to me even though once I went into Arcade, I realized they have a change machine! So I appreciated that she let me find out on my own and gave me change regardless. By the way the place was spotless and even the tall guy who was cleaning was very polite when I asked if they had a bathroom. So, I really enjoyed my visit here!
- I hope that the owner of this store will take notice of my comments. I visit this store about 3-4 times a week. Have to tell you what an outstanding employee Sam is. I have seen her handle difficult people with tolerance & patience. Not easy to work here for a young female. I hope you recognize that keeping good employees is crucial. Give that girl a raise!!! - One of the workers walked in on a friend and I in the private booths, we're not sure how long he was in there for because we didnt hear the door open or close. When we noticed him, he said sorry and walked away, but didn't leave the private booth. I walked over to see what he was doing and he was still there, said sorry again, said something about the door being locked and walked out. We were so thrown off by the situation we just decided to leave. I wouldn't recommend this place of business to anyone.
