- Cons: You can’t take a bag into the store, even your purse. No exceptions. I asked for a vibrator. Gave examples of what I’ve used before, she showed me samples, I explained I wanted a deep vibration toy. The one she recommended to me she didn’t have a way to show me, but assured me it was right. I get home and find out that only the clitoral part vibrates and the head does not, which is ALL that I wanted. I’ll never go here again and I wasted $140 that I can’t return. Adam and Eve in West Valley takes it out of the box and shows you the product and that it works. I’ll only be going there from now on. No Pros.
- We just bought a lingerie set from here. It was the perfect size but as my gf was gently putting it on the back strap of the underwear ripped. I would except this from a cheap store but this set was $50. That is outrageous… 0 stars if I could. Quality is nonexistent
- The lady working here is very nice, welcoming, and professional! I understand that the rules are there for safety reasons, so I didn't complain or whine like a baby about them. They're LGBTQ+ friendly, and have plenty of items! I would've put 5 stars if they had more variety within their toys, but other than that, good place!
- Not the best store is me censoring myself. Though by the end of this it might not be so "censored" Lets begin with, whoever is running your store needs to be fired. Who's doing the purchasing? That surely needs a re-evaluation of what makes a store profitable. This store has minmal selection of toys and adult novelty options. A lot of the same items just different colors. The lingerie selection could have been something I was hoping to spend money on. However, they were all large to plus sizes ??? I found maybe 4 pieces that were medium or small And they were hideous! Of course they were available. No one in there right Right mind would purchase them. Anything else that wasn't "queen size" was "one size fits most" in a packaged box that you can't try on. Emphasis on the "most." I would be counted out on the "most" aspect and when you are paying $50.00 + on something you want more than a "one size fits most" option and can't try on. Isn't a risk I am willing to take. This store could be better in so many ways. The only store clerk I saw wondered back up to the front at some point of our visit. Yet, she never said a word..nothing to acknowledge any of the customers presence in the store Or bother looking up when we were leaving. I could have been stealing something and she didn't show any care in the world to her responsibilities in customer service. Wow that was a complete disappointment. If your wondering why the stores profits never go up. That is the reason. I am surprised you're still in business. Thank your competitors for closing early or that would have been the case along time ago guaranteed!! Shame shame shame.
- Considering it's really the only 24 hour joint around this place would get 5 stars just for that. But in addition to that fun fact, this institution of SLC has everything you could need and then some. Plus extra friendly and welcoming staff that do their best to make sure you can get your naughty needs met. This place come Halloween is also top notch for well priced, well made costumes of all sorts. Thank God there's a Dr. around.
