• I had a pretty pleasant experience with the staff, they were chill and helped me find what I was looking for. Such a cool little store too!
• This past Monday was my 27th birthday. My best friend and I arrived at this location on Monday around 7 p.m. and I walked up to the counter to ask an employee a question. I noticed the employees at the back of the store and they appeared to be putting away merchandise so I decided to patiently wait. My best friend decided to walk around and in doing so passed by said employees a few times. While standing at the counter for around 10 minutes I noticed the employees look over to me a few times but continue doing what they were doing. I decided to walk around for about 5 minutes before returning to the counter. As I was standing at the counter for a second time I noticed the employees had stopped doing what they were doing in the back and had instead began to focus on their conversation instead. My best friend once again made her presence know to the employees by walking past them. All the while the employee had given me a few more glance of me just standing at the counter. After I had been standing at the counter for about 5 minutes (making my total time in the store by this point about 20 minute) I looked to my best friend and just simply said "let's just go, we've been in here for like 20 minutes and clearly Noone is going to help us, I'll just write a review about this later" after I said this and we were leaving the store we heard someone behind us say "oh hey", we did not turn around and instead continued out because if they weren't going to help us during the 20 minutes we were in there we didn't need their help. So basically they ignore their customers and maybe just maybe pay to much attention to one another.
• Love the store and go all the time yet the last few times I’ve been this one employee is very rude every time, I didn’t catch her name and it wasn’t the manager, but shes totally ruined my experience making me even just leave the store immediately and not even want to stop by and shop. I have heard from close friends she is also very rude to them for no reason. I get having a bad day once in awhile but it is your job to accommodate the customer.
• Very unwelcoming the regular employees and managers (aside from Taylor he is great) are very rude and you can tell that they hate their jobs and certain customers (me) it's sad that you can't even get a "Hi welcome in" or anyone to tell you about the sales. Taylor is the only person who has welcomed me and explained current promotions if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have known about the T shirt punch card.
• This store completely lost our business. My son bought an item and 3 days later decided to return it still in original packaging unopened with his receipt and because he paid with cash they say the policy is only to issue a gift card or exchange!!! Business shouldn’t be able to FORCE a customer to spend there money at there store!!!! We will NEVER shop there again! This store should be ashamed of themselves!!!! BE AWARE THAT IF YOU SPEND A DIME HERE YOUR STUCK WITH YOUR PURCHASE!!!
