- Honestly, I'm not that impressed. I dropped about $400 for items that I could have bought online at a way cheaper price. It would have been worth the wait to save some money. Overpriced for the quality of products. The staff come off friendly and pleasant when we walked in but that was the gist of it. Don't go 1hr before close because asking for assistance is an apparent nuisance as they will let it be known with making you wait 10-15 mins to work on closing duties and with the rushed, vague and misleading information just to either push a sale or get you out so they can close up. Unfortunately for the business they are all sales are final so be sure to do your research and knowledge yourself to make it worth your money. Personally I'd buy online, much better experience all around. Had they actually took the time to make us feel like we could rely on their information on products and not given any sort of attitude during checkout as the time was well 10mins past close we probably would have been back and been loyal customers. Unfortunately I feel robbed of my hard earned monies and won't return.

- My partner and I visited the store yesterday evening. I had not been to the store previously and was excited to visit the store. Upon entering, the lady at the counter (I didn't catch her name, chin length blonde hair) stated that we needed our id's. I had left mine in the car so we went out and got it then came back in. I showed her mine and as my partner was getting his out of his wallet, he made a joke about his white beard being proof of his age. At this comment, the lady became very irritated and started lecturing us about why she needed to see the id. It was very rude and confrontational. She spent several minutes berating us before telling us that we need to follow the rules if we want to be in there. My partner wasn't trying to deny showing his id, he was just making a joke. I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was in there. It was such a disappointment. I've worked retail for over 20 years and am the GM of a store here in Rapid City. I would not tolerate this in my store nor would I ever imagine treating a customer in such a way. I understand that you can run your business as you see fit, but all she did was convince me to shop online.

The store was very clean, well organized & stocked, and the product selection is crazy! The clearance section was large, as well. Great music and atmosphere. When we checked out, the clerk asked if we would like batteries put in for a nominal fee, and she offered to test the products to make sure they work correctly, since they can't take returns. She reassured us that the items we had weren't on clearance because of them being subpar, but because they were slow sellers. She let us feel the movement for ourselves before buying. I really appreciated how helpful she was. It was a great experience and we will be back!
- Got a swing. The lady that sold it said if I change my mind I can return it within 24 hours. The manager I spoke with the next day didn't honor that. She instead treated me terribly and said I could've already used it when it was clearly unopened. My chick gets really bad vertigo, so I can't even use it, but this "lady" is full of it.
