- Worst customer I’ve experienced her. They were ever rude. Cared more about being on their phone than helping what would’ve been a paying customers. Both claimed to be a manager and if this is the service they provide then avoid asking those two for anything! Absolutely appalling. Spenser’s I understand hiring is tough but please coach these two managers on better customer service.

- The girls working the front are very unwelcoming. I have had multiple bad experiences with the employees being rude and demeaning. As a retail worker, I know that customers can be dumb sometimes, but as an employee, you are expected to help answer questions with patience and understanding. Making someone feel dumb for not knowing an answer is just wrong. I love Spencer’s, but after these few experiences, I do not want to go back to this location.
