- All the associates are friendly and helpful. The manager, Sarah, is absolutely unprofessional in the way she presents herself as well as the company. She gives customers and employees attitude, passes customers who need help off to associates because she doesn’t want to deal with them, and she has even accused the child of a purchasing customer of stealing pins when the child was only looking through them. Spencer’s needs to find a new manager because she’s giving this location as well as the company a very bad image and reputation!!
- Super helpful employees and awesome atmosphere. Real throwback to my teen years and just has that laid back chill vibe to it. I went in for a lava lamp and was iffy whether I would like it or not. I exchanged it easily for another one that I loved, but it didnt fit on the base. Third times the charm! They let me test it out in the store and everything! Awesome store and awesome people.
