- My first experience was amazing! The women/employees greeted me, asked if I needed any help finding anything, told me about 20%-30% off sale they was having on selected items. All around helpful on everything I asked. The store has a huge variety of everything you could IMAGINE…and that is just what you do when you walk around looking at everything!🤩 They have something for the first timers to the experienced. They also have fun games and party supplies. I recommend you check them out!!!

- They need to specify what their exchange/return policy is to be more clear. It states on their counter no exchanges on adult products after 15 days from purchase. They told me that I couldn’t return on exchange despite me having a receipt from 3 days ago. They said it was an adult product, I asked isn’t everything in this store an adult product, to which he responded yes. So the return exchange policy doesn’t exist more or less. They need to change their policy because I will take my business else from now on due to their incompetencey.
