- First time in an Adam & Eve store and I really liked the clean layout. It was a little bit like the Apple store of an adult store. It was VERY clean and well taken care of so the shelves doesn't look cluttered. I do wish they had a little more lingerie, but that's hard to judge with all the shipment issues worldwide right now. The lady at the store was very nice. She helped start a promo video on a toy I wasn't familiar with and let me ask a bunch of questions. She even showed me a few toys I hadn't even seen before! I was very impressed with the We-Vibe layout. She was so nice and just had an open conversation with me. Even at the last minute she mentioned something about a toy based off of an eggplant emoji. I just thought that was hilarious and I ended up buying it!
- Parker rainbow was the best sales associate I’ve ever had when looking for a toy. That little bullet that he sold to me was the best ever. He asked the right questions. I told him what I was looking for, he found everything that I wanted. And I had the best Time with my toy thank you for being so knowledgeable and wanting to learn and know your clientele. Thank you.

I would like to say thank you to the owner who reached out to me about the issue I had. THANK YOU. Our interaction was FIVE star. I appreciated it very much. Do NOT shop here. Just purchased a product that was broken out of the box and would not exchange. It was not used. Plugged it in and sounded like it was going to explode. I understand the health issues around said business, but didn’t even want to discuss the issue. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Never again. Edit: when your employees tell a person that “there is a law” that doesn’t let them exchange on DOA device out of the box, make sure this is fact. I can find no law. Even talked with attorney.

To top it all off, we walked out without our takeout from dinner. Within seconds, we heard Caleb running after us with our food. Top notch, above and beyond.
