- Happy to see they're open again, this place is very well stocked and non judgemental. Really queer/trans friendly too. Everyone has detailed knowledge on the products and can provide helpful recommendations if needed, but they can also leave you alone if that's what you prefer.

They didn't have the specific item i was looking for but they did tell me that they have it at Brookline so I'll be heading there next.
- I’ve been a long time customer of this shop. Unfortunately I’ve tried to visit multiple times and found that the store was closed despite the posted hours. I was about to give up, because during my most recent visit, I found the store closed again, this time early and employees were training inside. I explained my situation and they actually let me inside to make a purchase. It seems they are dealing with staffing issues, but are trying to improve the situation. The people that work here have their heart in the right place. While there is room for improvement, I will continue to be a customer for as long as they’re open. Maybe just call before making a long trip 😉

I walked by today and was surprised to see that it was open. I spoke to the manager who explained that there were staffing issues and that they should be open more consistently now.
