- Sales faulty toys… purchased a item from here by the time I put the batteries in to check the product (within the same hour of purchase) the product remote was over heating. I called the store the sales chic basically had the attitude we got your money so there’s nothing we can do! She said I would need to come in and purchase another one and/or call the manufacturer! Will never purchase anything else from this lil ruddy place! Response:: the sales chic NEVER allowed me to touch or check anything! She asked if I wanted her to check. Which she kept everything on the counter which is very raised so I had to go off of sound and her word! She never said would you like to touch, hold examine etc! When she was checking her eyes got big I asked what’s wrong she stated Aw it’s working, at that point she probably also felt the remote over heating! I will never shop here again! & there’s NOT a number on the bottom of the receipt to any manufacturer!!! There’s only YOUR website!!!
- Was in the stor an hour ago purchase a liquid product that was in a sealed box. Got home and pried the box open to find the glass container cracked in half with no liquid inside. Went back to the store to have it replaced and was told there is no refunds or exchanges. If you do not let the customer inspect the products before purchase then you should at least honor the items you sale and not steal 25.99 + tax from your customer. Very dishonest store i do not recommend to anyone in minot
- I think the guy they call Connor should be reprimanded for going off on me when I asked to have a faulty piece replace which I bought the day before. When I ask to speak to the manager he told me he didn't have her number and he would be fired instantly if he called her then he asked me very rudely to leave the store because he states he has the right to refuse any customer. What a way to run your business.
- The 2 ladies that work here are snotty and rude. They made me and my husband feel extremely uncomfortable while looking at the products
- I would give it a zero stars if I could I will be going in and talking with a manager hopefully but the lady I dealt with tonight was extremely rude when I ask a question about my wife’s id, I I will admit didn’t say the nicest thing walking out but definitely felt embarrassed and uncomfortable and most likely will no longer be doing business at this location
