This store is one of my favorites and I visit weekly to educate myself and bring more peers so they can have a healthy sexual relationship with themselves and partners! UPDATE!!! After a very rough breakup and trying to break the habit of going back to my ex to have ❕ I had the help of a wonderful man at the 45th street location (he had glasses and Dragon Ball Tattoos, so thank you nerdy man). - I grew up in a purity culture household. I've always struggled with this stuff. After having kids I had an even lower drive than usual and everything hurt. Staff have training in lots of topics and are lovely to help even if I want to turn invisible and run out because I'm embarrassed. Last time there I tried on a corset, and it was utterly hilarious trying to get me into it for sizing. Never thought I'd feel comfortable in a store like this!
- I will never shop here again. First the guy that was there asked to keep my purse behind the counter. So there must be a theft problem there and I have a tiny Coach purse. Second he followed me and made me feel very uncomfortable to where I would not ask any questions. It was a very odd vibe and nothing is worth that feeling. Then after buying items there and trying to leave the security tags must not have been taken out because they beeped loudly in my ears while trying to leave. Worst shopping experience ever. Also prices are very high as well.
- The 25th Street store was not a good experience. They treated me like a 2nd class citizen, I think it really was due to my skin color I was over priced for my item. And I could get better customer service from my cat ! I won't ever return to that store and I'm going to tell everyone I know about my experience and advise them to not go there.
