- RACIST EMPLOYEE (CAL) RUINED this store for me. I shop at this store all the time being that I am a dancer. Every month I spend ALOT of money on outfits for me AND MY FRIENDS. I went in there to shop for new outfits and toys as always and there was a new employee there. He instantly began following me around the aisles of the store. I asked him why he was following me when no one has ever followed me around the aisles and he said it was company policy to follow "suspicious" customers and that he was going to continue to stand over me.I told him none of the other workers treated me in this fashion because I come all the time. He said it was company policy and he wasn't moving. Keep in mind they have loads of cameras around the store, this type of hostile behavior is not necessary. Especially if you aren't doing it to everyone who enters the store. Anyways, I asked to speak to a manager (Dot), who wouldn't take my call or call me at a later time. He said their policy is that the manager doesn't talk to customers when they are not in the store. ANYWAYS, I have never been racially profiled or treated in this fashion at any establishment. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store over the last couple of years and I will sadly not be returning. You can shop online peacefully without racist employees treating you poorly.
- I had such a great experience. The sales person was so awesome. I was a little shy, but he helped me with everything. Izzy was amazing.
- Iced shopped at this location a few times and never had an issue. We went in and a guy I’ve never seen with dark hair and glasses was in there talking to a friend of his I’m guessing. We decided to leave after walking in because he wanted to id us at the door after staying across the store our year of birth and he made sure to mention he had 16 cameras inside. We felt profiled and the vibe was off as soon as soon as we hit the door. Will not be returning.
- Me and my partner went into the store to go buy some personal things but the guy at the counter made us VERY uncomfortable. It felt sooo creepy!! 😵💫 we decided not to spend our money at this store!!!
- Izzy was amazing! Extremely helpful with all my questions and was very fun to talk too and have a good conversation with. Treated me like family! Love them so much!:) Will be coming back for sure!
