- Been twice now. Once was two males working, they were respectful and professional. I got what I needed but wanted to come back for more with my boyfriend. Came back with my boyfriend, a female was working. She was helpful with any questions about the shave cream, lubes and reminded us of batteries for our toys. Didn’t get everything we wanted so we will be back. Absolutely love it

I was particularly impressed with the staff too, extremely professional yet super friendly. Nothing was too much for the lovely lady who served us I just wish I had taken her name. - I appreciated getting honest feedback from the friendly, not pushy, helpful sales lady when I spent over $150 on a new toy and a couple accessories. When I told her what sort of “feel” I wanted she gave me several options at various price ranges then when I asked which one she would suggest she helped me choose the right product for me. Much thanks since I left my own products at home while going to our summer house. I’ll be stopping at this clean store again next time I travel thru.
- The selection of toys is really good but the lingerie selection not so much. Prices are steep even for a brick and mortar. Customer service tonight left a lot to be desired. I told her that I hoped she would have a better night, she stated she was having a good night. I said then you are just rude then. Instead of asking me 3 times about batteries you could just have answered my yes or no question if there was a rechargeable one instead.
