- This rating is purely based on the video arcade. It was absolutely trash. Way too dark like I mean to the point but walking into walls. They have solo booths but it’s so dark it’s difficult to even find the door. Not to mention it was flooded with nothing but men. As a straight man ( little bi curious ) I was not satisfied not even close. How ever if you’re pretty curious the men inside the video arcade are definitely on go. If you’d like to have a good time in there again if (curious) it’ll be for you.
- The worst customer service we have ever experienced. My wife was looking at some product the woman came over and scolded her for opening a box to see if the product was in the box. My wife told her that we did not have money for 60.00 shackles but we are looking (for the record we came with over 300.00 cash but are picky for what we want to buy.) my wife then asked if she could try on a Corset the lady told her unless you are going to buy it then no. She then told my wife that she has no money to buy anything so why would she. My wife was so angry she left and said we are going to leave a review the ghetto lady then replayed good I’ll comment on it. She was extremely rude and I’ll be passing on our story.

- The boutique has a lot of items and is very appealing, but the customer service is non existent. We purchase an item that when it was tested, they had a hard time getting it to work, but it finally did so we purchased it. Took said item home with great expectation but when we tried to use it, it failed so we put it back in its container. Two days later, we return to the store and explained the failure of the item, but were told that there was not return or exchange on such item. We are out almost $40.00, a ruined evening and red in the face with anger. We have purchased similar items with issues at other local store, but the store stood behind their product. Advise that you take your business to other local stores.
