- I come to this store often and always have an amazing time with the staff being so nice and helpful. I went in there last night with my girlfriend and we were looking at toys and came across the paddles. We playfully hit each other to see how it would feel and if we want to purchase one and one of the staff that I never seen before yells at us from across the store "ladies that inappropriate you have to hit in the inner part of your arm" I can understand if that's a rule though I was not aware but the way she yelled it from across the store catching all the attention of the other customers to the point they were staring at us made us very uncomfortable so we left. I just feel she could have simply walked over to us to let us know rather than cause a scene. Besides that I really love this store. Been coming here for years but I'm uneasy to come back because of her

You all seriously look like you love your job and your service was 10/10.This is my favorite Hustler store to date. It’s enormous and loaded wall to wall with everything you can imagine. Keep up the great work.
- I really like this store, all the employees are really nice. The only things I didn't love is that they no longer offer descret bagging options and the employees used to burn incense which smelled amazing but they no longer do, I really miss it since it helped block out the versus odors of downtown San Diego.
