- I bought an item that was worn out and damaged when used once. I called to get a replacement or a refund. They will not give me a replacement or a refund. Tried on the item and it broke. It was an item that was on a a manaquin that had been discontinued by the previous owners of the store. It was not in a box or any warranty. I was just disappointed that I had no resolution to an unfair situation.

- This place is huge, they have a massive collection of toys and clothing and everything you need to engage in serious love making or any kind of consensual fun. The young blonde attendant was incredible, professional, knowledgeable and completely elevated my shopping experience. - BUYER B-WARE….. . Do not trust them testing the product for you without your complete attention on there every move when they are supposedly testing your product!!!!! Sold me a product that didn’t charge. I spent over $560.00 the young lady with the curly black hair was very accommodating when she was telling me the items I didn’t think anything of it when she was testing them. I never even got to use this product. I came home and plugged it in. It was basically dead and it wouldn’t charge so I contacted the store and I told her that I was gonna bring it back in but she show me how it was charged and then she gave me a song in a dance about how they’re not allowed to touch products that people take out of the store.. I believe that she knew that this didn’t work and didn’t charge she showed me all the other items charging with the exception of this item. This item was $180 and to be able to say that we don’t do any returns or we don’t touch any products that are open. I was also distracted while they were testing my products one Clark was testing them. The other clerk was bringing me around the store, trying to sell me other options and taking my attention off the time when they were testing my products. Make sure when you get your products that they are and sealed containers before they are testing it. I will just take care of this with my bank . And I will also be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint . But to spend this amount of money on something and then get old oh well, it’s not a good feeling. I also live in Delray beach, so it’s not the closest trip for me just to drive back to the store .
