- Overpriced & boring. I’ve been here a few times and the last time I was here, which was 7months ago the prices were always reasonable & a fun atmosphere. I noticed also they still have the same old toys? I asked the worker there a question abt a product. And she didn’t seem like she had any knowledge of it she would just read the info on the box. She also kept recommending me expensive products after I asked her I wasn’t interested in the price. Then I asked if she had something under $50 that was similar to what I had, and she couldn’t seem to help me out with that…
- I love coming to this location. They are always so polite and helpful. Especially Cassandra she's awesome 👍 I can walk in and not know what I'm going to get and she will help me pick something out and I'm never disappointed. Highly recommend this location to anyone especially first timers the girls are excellent at explaining everything!
- They gave great service! Went to the one on babcock first for pills and they didnt know what to recommend, ended up at this one and they knew a ton about all the different pills and stuff they had. I was more than pleased with them and cant wait to come back!
- Spent $140 on a device with little to no help from the staff, even though I was the only person in the store. When I got the time home and opened it, I realized it was not what I wanted. I returned to the store within 30 minuyes with the item still packaged. They would not refund or exchange it. The clerk had a tag that said she was the manager, but she had to call a GM who told her there was nothing they could due because of the length of time after I left, and because of COVID.. There are no signs posted saying no refunds, exchanges or all sales final I will not return
